Google, Apple and Microsoft sued for preview files
A small company founded in the state of Indiana (center-east of the United States) allows a court to three giants of the IT market – Microsoft, Apple and Google – for patent infringement on the view files in the operating systems and browsers.

The prosecution, Cygnus Systems said that products such as Windows Vista, Internet Explorer 8, Google Chrome unlawful use of its patent to allow users to preview documents on your computer. Matt McAndrews firm Haller & Niro lawyers handling the case for Cygnus Systems said that it was only the beginning of the accusations. Cygnus Systems were in fact much more of the products and the companies that infringe the patent. President of the company, Mr Swartz, however, added that it will seek a “reasonable fairness” and the court order, to prevent infringement of the patent in the future.
Google, Microsoft and Apple has not yet reacted to this case.
Cygnus Systems submitted the patent number 7346850 in 2001.
